Tutoring Experience:

Many years of private tuition experience in London and Tokyo from beginners to advanced players.

Experienced in both in-person and online tuition. ABRSM/Diploma syllabus familiarity.

Tutoring Approach:

I received my violin and music education at the Yehudi Menuhin School, which is well-known for producing some of the UK’s top musicians. Afterwards, I completed my BA Music at the Royal College of Music London, entering as a merit scholar. I have taken this experience and approach every student differently to see where they excel and where they may need more guidance and encouragement. In doing this, I hope to allow students to develop an appreciation for the instrument and music. I am very patient and methodical. My background in music and recently the law makes me an excellent problem solver. I explain without jargon and demonstrate with my own playing if necessary. My end goal is always to help students think for themselves.
