Personal Description:

I am a professional classical pianist, based in London. Been giving concerts all over the UK and worldwide, and am here to help you get better at playing the piano! Because of a busy performance schedule occasionally I will have to ask to reschedule, so flexibility is much appreciated!! I do have a Bluthner grand piano at home that I can teach on but it is in pretty bad shape and badly out of tune, BUT I do prepare for all my recitals on it and perfectly fine to teach with, but that is up to you!
If I am needed to travel to you please cover the travel expense on top of hourly fee.

Tutoring Experience:

Been teaching beginners and advanced students alike for the last 8 years, and have been invited to give masterclasses, most recently in Kyiv at the Tchaikovsky Music Academy.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to see what each individual student needs help with the most. I believe in a "holistic" approach to playing and teaching music where technique comprises of an understanding of the physics of piano playing and an understanding of musical language and an intelligent reading of the work at hand, and are all equally important in achieving a successful performance.
