Personal Description:

My name is Daniel and I'm a professional guitar tutor in Hounslow, West London. I have 16 years teaching experience and have proved I can produce results with anyone. I can give lessons on acoustic or electric guitar, and cover any graded syllabus. I can do the graded exams (RGT@LCM) or Rockschool. I cover a wide range of styles from rock, pop, folk, blues, metal and fingerstyle.

I studied for 4 years at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford where I completed the Diploma, Higher Diploma and Degree courses. I was taught by top industry professionals who have all helped me become the player I am today. I also have over a decade of touring band experience in rock bands so am well equipped for this style and the techniques involved as well as knowing how to run and perform in a band.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 16 years private teaching experience from my teaching space in Hounslow West London. I have taught all age groups from 10 years old to over 50. I can cater for all levels whether its someone starting for the first time or more experienced players who may want to develop their playing. In 2011 I became a Registered RGT@LCM (London College of Music) and in 2016 a Rockschool Tutor allowing me to prepare and enter students for graded exams.

Tutoring Approach:

All material is tailored specific to the individual. I do not use a set-in-stone syllabus as everyone learns differently. I make all lessons practical and esp for beginners, its very much a plug in and play type approach as I want to get them playing the music they like to listen to. However I can prepare and enter learners for graded exams if desired, using mainly RGT@LCM and Rockschool syllabuses.

Please note all lessons are charged in monthly blocks of 4 (1 hour lesson per week).
