Personal Description:

I am a very easy-going, friendly person who cares immensely about the satisfaction and happiness of my students. I have been playing since 2000 and have been performing live since 2003.

Playing and teaching guitar is my profession and I therefore play at an extremely high level. I have played countless shows/gigs for bands and artists of a wide variety of genres and have recorded many times for successful producers.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching since 2006 to many satisfied students who I have seen progress enormously during their time with me. I have amassed a wealth of experience over the years from providing one-to-one tuition as well as group lessons in primary schools.

Tutoring Approach:

I teach in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. As already mentioned I am easy-going and affable however, I know how to push my students to levels of determination and concentration some never realised they had.

From the first lesson I assess what level a student is at, understand their ambitions (if they have specific goals) and always take into account their musical tastes and preferences. From there I create a path for the student to follow that will be productive, relevant and most of all rewarding.

I live and breath music and love passing on that passion to my students.
