Craig is a professional guitarist and teacher based in Hertfordshire. A graduate of the prestigious Guitar Institute Craig holds a BMus (Hons) degree in Popular Music Performance and an LRSL in Music Tuition. Whilst there, he was lucky enough to study under Iain Scott (Brian Wilson, Frank Gambale), Dario Cortese (Larry Carlton, Pete Vettese, Albert Lee), Lee Hodgson (Odyssey, Stevet Cherelle Band, Billy Curtis Band) and Chris Newland (Sister Sledge, Odyssey, Mick Ronson). The lessons he learnt inform both his individual performance and busy teaching practice.
He has performed hundreds of gigs as a solo performer, rock ‘n’ roll function guitarist and stretching further to twelve piece soul bands. He has been fortunate enough to play exclusive venues such as the Indigo O2 and as a regular on the local music scene, he has proven himself as an experienced and well-rounded musician.
As lead guitarist and founding member of Bandit Craig maintains a busy gigging schedule at private and corporate events across the UK through the Alive Network entertainment **Contact Detail Removed**. Craig also regularly performs with Indie/Rock band The Duvets and features in local theatre shows.
Craig takes great pride in delivering a professional and energetic live performance and as a tutor, strives to create an inspirational and tailored tuition programme for his students. He is dedicated to carving a name for himself and passionately delivering music for years to come.
Outside of being a busy performer Craig is an in demand Guitar tutor with years of experience already under his belt. He currently teaches private 1:1 lessons out of his studio in Hemel Hempstead to students of all ages and abilities. In addition to this he also teaches at The Cavendish School, Abbots Hill School, and Fusion Music as a staff tutor.
