Personal Description:

My name is Corina and I am an experienced music teacher with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Royal Irish Academy of Music. I am also a professional opera singer with plenty of stage experience which I feel is important for a wholesome teaching approach. I started music with guitar and piano from which I later moved to classical singing.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 9 years of teaching experience, both private and music schools. I have been teaching classical singing, music theory, piano and beginner guitar. I have taught students from age 5 to 70+, it's never too early or too late to start learning music.

Tutoring Approach:

I extremely enjoy teaching eager students who are passionate about music. We work as a team and enjoy the results of constant practice and effort together. The process of learning an instrument can bring so many different emotions, from frustration to joy and the satisfaction of small victories! It is a process that can be very rewarding when you see it working in your favour. I adapt my teaching techniques to the student because no one is the same and everyone has different paces and ways of comprehending, none of them being less than others.
