Personal Description:

Hi there everyone.

I am currently offering guitars lessons full time in an easy to reach location in Corby town centre.

Lessons are £10 for half an hour and £15 for an hour, with the first half an hour free and a free plectrum offer. A guitar is also available to use during lessons, so no need to carry one with you.

I'm also offering Skype lessons for the price of £10 an hour.

I have the following qualifications, awards and endorsements-

Winner of the 2017 BIMM London Entrepreneur award

Zombie Dust Pickups endorsee: **Web Address Removed**

BMus in Popular Music Performance (guitar)

BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Music

Rockschool Guitar Grade 4

Summer School Certificate for completing the metal course in guitar from BIMM Brighton

So most styles are not a problem for me, though I specialise in blues, rock and metal.

Tutoring Experience:

I have had about two years teaching experience teaching up to 15 students a week as well as teaching workshops of up to 20 students. I also teach at a music academy on a Saturday where I teach around 7 students over the course of a day.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to music tuition is simple, after the basics are learnt if they are a beginner I try and get a student playing popular riffs and melodies as soon as possible. I believe lessons should be fun and catered to each person individually and the student should where possible decide what they want to learn or play in the lesson. This way the direction of their lessons is up to them.

I also put forward how important practice is while at the same time explaining that a student only needs to do a small amount of practice each day to get better.
