I am a passionate lover of music, fanatical about the cello and committed to my pupils.
Tutoring Experience:
I have 7 years of teaching experience, supporting pupils through exams grades 1-8. My pupils achieve highly, frequently receiving distinction grades - more commonly than any other grade. I have always enjoyed a varied and successful life as a teacher, teaching privately and in schools, teaching individuals, small groups, and whole classrooms of children.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to music tuition is carefully tailored, understanding, conscientious and devoted. I want to see my pupils succeed while enjoying making music, finding the right path forward at the right pace for them. I believe in every pupil without question, and strive to instill this sense of confidence and self belief. Great care is taken to make goals clear, to set the right material and to keep a consistent flow between lessons.
