Personal Description:
My name is Anna, and I am an Italian harpist based in South-East London.
Since I moved to the UK, I performed with The World Doctors Orchestra in their concerts in London (October 2021). I’m collaborating with the London City Orchestra (Thomas Payne - Musical Director), North Opera Orchestra (November 2021 - Bernstein’s Trouble in TahiH and West Side Story Symphonic Dances – Manchester and Nottingham concerts), Blackheath Orchestra (February 2022) and Central London Orchestra (April 2022). I was the dep for the Thursford Christmas Spectacular shows during the 2022 season, and I performed with the London Concert orchestra during December 2022 (10, 30, and 31 at the Barbican). During January 2023, I collaborate with WoCo (Guy Hopkins - Musical Director).
In Italy, I worked with “Coro and Orchestra di Vicenza” orchestra, Orchestra a ple\\\\\\\\ro di Breganze (Plectrum Orchestra), “Crescere in Musica” orchestra, La Réjouissance Orchestra, and Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza Orchestra.
With the “Pueri Cantores” choir in Vicenza, I have toured Spain, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Italy.
Tutoring Experience:
I had a lot of experience in teaching to beginners and conservatoire students. I taught solfege, history of music and music theory. I prepared students for auditions and help colleagues to prepare for their exams or competitions.
Tutoring Approach:
Everyone is different and has different needs. The first class will be centred on the student his/her dreams, desires and ambitions. I'll consider previous skills experience, and knowledge.
