Personal Description:
A Royal Academy Honours Graduate, I teach piano & violin beginners to advanced. Full time musician with extensive teaching experience spanning back over 20 years. I run a recording studio called Pinetree where I produce artists and teach music production and music technology. My experience as a performer helps my teaching. This in a variety of Musical Styles and I'm qualified to teach piano and violin. As Musical director, Pianist & keyboard player I have worked in London's West End and Internationally at Public, Private and Corporate Events.
My ability to Read Music, Memorise Music and Perform/Entertain and Spread the Love with the Crowd shows my Passion for Music.
My expertise at relating to the cast of a play or show, choirs and leading them from the Keyboard has been noted many times.
My main instrument is Piano, however I play equally well on Piano and Violin and enjoy both.
I am looking for new Opportunities to utilise my skills…

Contributed to the Soundtrack of the Film 'Sulphur & White', as Organist and Choir Director. I rehearsed the Singers for the Scene and Directed the Singers from the Draw Bar Organ plus acted as unofficial MD.
Violinist in the main featured band, backing the lead actress, in the major release film 'JUDY'.
Phantom of the Opera (Musical) Her Majesties Theatre London
1st Keyboard Part time.
Cabaret at the after show nominee only party BAFTA film awards.

Holistic: Musicality, then the techniques required to achieve that on the instrument in question. Playing by ear. Training for AB exams, including but not limited to performance of pieces to a high level, scales and arpeggios, quick studies, sight reading and aural tests.
