Personal Description:

I am a musician with a very eclectic background. After studying Classical Guitar and Composition I started writing music for documentaries, **Contact Detail Removed**vision and commercials. I am active as a performing and recording singer-songwriter and most of my day is spent thinking, playing and talking about music.

I have been teaching music theory and guitar professionally since 2007 and some of the institutions I taught at include:

Tutoring Approach:

I am a very patient person and often receive positive feedback from students about my ability to unpack a topic in a logical and concise way. I currently teach Music Theory and Music Genres at SAE Cape Town where I deal with students form varied backgrounds and perspectives. This has helped me to further develop my skills as a tutor and communicator. I offer music theory lessons from both Popular and Classical Music perspectives.
