Personal Description:
I am a retired Geography teacher. I am physically active and enjoy Golf on Saturdays and Fly fishing for trout when I get the chance. Being a Geographer, I love traveling to new places and exploring new environments.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught Geography in high schools for more than 40 years, mostly in South African schools. I had 2 years' experience of the British system when I taught in London many years ago. I have been involved in the process of marking matric Geography for more than 30 years. I spent 10 years as examiner of Geography in the Western Cape, so I know what is required.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring will depend on the geographical experience and background of the person I teach. I should prefer to have face to face contact but Skype is a good substitute.
