Personal Description:

Hi there!

My name is Pablo. I grew up and studied English in Chile, South America. Currently, my wife and I are based here in South Africa - I'm really enjoying learning more about all the different cultures and languages here.

I have a widde experience in teaching young adults (universities) and high level executives (Different international companies). I am TESOL certified and have a university degree (5 years).

I am fluent in both English and Spanish and capable of recognising the different semantic shades of expressions and convey them naturally.

This position requires competences both related to teaching and administrative tasks. It implies giving engaging lectures to students from different programmes and command of English. On the other hand, it also requires elaborating periodical reports (daily, weekly, monthly and at the end of the term) and sharing them with the different parties.

It implied giving engaging lectures to students from different programmes (converging to different classes) and command of English. On the same path, it involved offering, designing, carrying out and reporting individual tutorial sessions with students.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that learning should be fun. I enjoy lively discussions with my students and helping them develop techniques to remember what they're learning and build confidence. My aim is to make sure my students end each class feeling like they've learnt something new and useful.
