Personal Description:

I am an Chartered certified accountant, registered with an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). I did my Bcom Accounting at Wits University. I am currently an Audit Assistant Manager at an auditing firm. I love teaching, this is the reason I chose to tutor in my spare time.

Tutoring Experience:

I used to volunteer to tutor other students when I was still in varsity for 3 years.
The subjects that I tutored are Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach is first understanding what the learner knows about the subject. That should set a tone on how deep I will need to explain certain concepts. My strategy include being patient with every learner and understanding that a blanket approach will not work on all the learners. I will have to develop a plan which will be tailor made for a specific learner and ensure that it is alighned with the syllabus.
