Personal Description:

I recently completed my second qualification and I am currently pursuing my masters in geophysics. I am a hardworking individual with an organized life. I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines, I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 3 years of tutoring experience, working as a private tutor and with a tutoring company. With my private tutoring, I had several students under my care from different grades. I provided them with the necessary guidance to conquer their studies. As for the tutoring company, I was tasked with travelling to different schools preparing students from FET phases for final mid-year and final exams.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is based on the needs of my student. I ask them what areas are they struggling in and I use this to come up with easy steps on helping them. My style of tutoring is dependent on the needs of the student, so I adjust my tutoring methods so that the student understands my explanations. In preparation for tests and exams, I provide my students with material and help answer the questions but I first let them attempt the questions before assisting them. In addition, I always make sure to encourage my students and motivating them to do their best and that if they need any help, I will be there to assist them.
