Hello, my name is Luthando but you can call me Lu. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, along with a 120 - HOUR TEFL certificate and a TKT certificate. Beyond teaching, I am passionate about language learning, I am currently learning Chinese which deepens my understanding of the challenges students face when acquiring a new language/subject. I also enjoy reading, running, traveling, and exploring different cultures.
Tutoring Experience:
My teaching journey began as a Student Assistant at Nelson Mandela University, where I tutored Economics and Production Management for two years, ensuring student comprehension and academic growth. Later, I had the opportunity to teach English in Beijing, China for one year, where I conducted engaging lessons, increased student participation, and contributed to enrollment growth.
