Personal Description:
I graduated from University of Johannesburg in 2020 with a Bsc in actuarial science(i.e. 2020 was my 3rd and final year) and I am currently in Honours for statistics, I also took Maths 3rd year as an extra subject(complex analysis and real analysis) as I love the mathematical field of study
Tutoring Experience:
I have privately tutored for a year in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for both government and IEB students (students ranging from grade 10-12);
I have also worked for Mastermaths for a year teaching Maths, Physics and Chemistry (students ranging from grade 8-12);
and I have tutored both Maths 1st year and Stats 1st and 2nd year at University of Johannesburg
Tutoring Approach:
I try to find the best way that the student will understand the concept being taught, so I will take an example and show the concept being used, try explain the concept and help them understand what's happening, and from that point it becomes more about practicing the understanding of the concept using examples and exercises
