I am a 62 year old male who retired in February 2020 from Qatar Petroleum where I worked as Business Analyst in the Training Department. I worked in the Middle East for the last 12 years, dealing with petroleum workers' competencies and qualifications. Before leaving South Africa, I was active as Business Process Specialist for PetroSA in Cape Town and Mossel Bay, The role involved managing training systems and design business process maps and improvement for 11 years . I started my professional career as a chemist with Nestle managing laboratory staff for 15 years

Tutoring Experience:

Minimal formal teaching experience as I was always the organizer and only took the teacher role when presenter could not make it. Did successfully completed the Assessor D32/33 qualification from City of Guilds in 2001
