Personal Description:
Hi. I'm teacher Jandri. I'm 30 years old and from Pretoria. I have a passion for teaching. I am an avid reader. Reading has allowed me to broaden my knowledge in a wide range of topics. I love meeting new people. It brings me so much joy to see people grow and learn through teaching. I respect the need for confidentiality when it comes to the corporate environment. I am dedicated to my students and always go the extra mile to make sure that their needs are met.
Tutoring Experience:
I completed my TEFL 180-hour course in 2021. Previous to that I have experience in Au paring with smaller children. I have only recently started tutoring adults and have seen great improvements in their ability to speak English.
Tutoring Approach:
When it comes to my teaching approach, I usually use the PPP method. I like to tailor my teaching methods according to the student's needs. I believe all students are unique, so I like to get to know them better and tailor my lesson plan accordingly. With younger students, I like to use props, as well as song and dance to teach. It makes it more fun.
