Personal Description:
I am an enthusiastic aspiring teacher who is hands on with giving educational support to learners where they need help. I enjoy an educational experience which is fulfilling and which can improve the abstract concepts to a more coherent knowledge
Tutoring Experience:
I am currently in my 4th year of study, pursuing a Bachelor degree in Education at the Witwatersrand University (Wits)
I also have been a Geography tutor at Ikamva Youth in 2019
I have been a tutor at David Makhubo secondary school ( life sciences ) grade 12
Tutoring Approach:
My approach is founded by Vygotsky theory in cognitive development called Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD). This theory looks at the progression of a learner by a teachers help. This means i teach a learner concept to a point where they are able to apply them and ultimately learning on their own.
