Tutoring Approach:

Before starting a lesson I always ask the learners to tell me where they are struggling and would like to have help. Teaching and learning is about fun and gaining knowledge at the same time, so I engage in techniques such as playing games in class in relation to the topic of the day giving real life examples in order to ensure that learners truelly undertand.
