Personal Description:

am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do.

Tutoring Experience:

I’ve been teaching for seven years. Four years at elementary school, and three years at secondary school. Learned a lot along the way, especially what teaching methods work best with various classes and subjects, but also how to deal with problems with discipline, something every teacher faces in this district. I will be honest with you–it wasn’t always an easy ride, and I experienced a few really bad days, days when I considered quitting teaching. But luckily I’ve never done that, because when I look at the bigger picture, and all the good things that happened with the students, I still see teaching as my mission, and as a dream job to have.

Tutoring Approach:

My teaching philosophy is to focus on building students' independent study habits. Even when students are engaged in a lesson, I find they often forget essential details because they haven't learned how to properly review material on their own.Constructivist, Collaborative, Integrative, Reflective and Inquiry Based Learning are my major Approach to tutoring
