1. Contract Submission – Kindly review, sign, and return your contract at your earliest convenience.
2. Tutor Matching Process – Neo will participate in a 3- to 5-day demo session to identify the most suitable tutor we take the time to assess each child individually and find the perfect tutor match. Your child deserve a tutor who understands them, adapts to their learning style, and builds their confidence step by step.

3. Scheduling Preferences – Once a tutor has been selected, you may finalize preferred lesson dates and times.
4. Commencement of Lessons – Regular sessions will begin immediately after tutor selection.
