Personal Description:

I am Dennis, I'm a 51 year old male TEFL Certified Teacher with a Bachelors degree in English. Besides teaching English I am also a Qualified Yoga and Meditation instructor, I have written and published my own book on Spiritual Philosophy and have helped many people find their purpose and achieve their goals. This is my purpose in life and it is my passion for what I do that allows me to thrive in life.

Tutoring Experience:

I spent six years in Thailand teaching English at schools from Grade 3 to Grade 12 as well as Hospitality English to Hotels and Resorts, Tourist Information Centres and to Tour Guides, Task Based Business English to various businesses like Architects, Lawyers, Immigration Officers, Sales personnel … etc.

Tutoring Approach:

All of my classes focus on Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills and building vocabulary and practicing how to use it in real life situations. All classes begin with a revision session of the previous lesson. The objective is to remember what we have learnt so that we can use it effectively, simply trying to cram as much information into a course is pointless if nothing is practiced enough for it to become a habitual behavioural pattern. Classes are fun and interactive.
