Christo is an experienced facilitator, assessor, coach and leader.
He understands the importance of being a Taste Maker – comparable to the patty in the hamburger! The better the taste the more likely is the change.

He enjoys unravelling the complexities in individuals.
He appreciates that data is the new currency. Data is more valuable than gold. Christo believes that turning data into knowledge will enable learning, growth and better decision making.
Christo has worked with a variety of corporate companies in Southern Africa, UK, and Europe in many different industries; and across levels for the last 34 years.
He hold a Masters degree in Psychology.
