Personal Description:
I am a highly qualified and extremely experienced Maths teacher who always strives to be as successful as possible. There is world wide an innate fear of this beautiful subject , but most people seem to hold the belief that having Maths on the CV is essential. I have always believed that one should make the teaching of Maths fun-related. However, success leads to success and thus an experience of achievement needs to be instilled.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching at High Schools all my life and have experience of 40 years as teacher, examiner and author.
I teach in Afrikaans and English
Tutoring Approach:
The approach to tutoring should be multi faceted. The teaching of sections in advance, revision of class work, remedy incomplete and insufficient knowledge, motivation, frequent contact, working through past papers etc etc
