Personal Description:

I am a qualified English teacher with 7 years of IEB English Home Language experience. I am passionate about English and assisting students in reaching their potential.

Tutoring Experience:

I have over 10 years of tutoring experience. I began tutoring with Second Language students which taught me valuable life skills and led to my teaching career. I have also tutored in the Kumon and Kip McGrath systems which has given me a more holistic view of tutoring and how to gauge students' individual needs. I have been a qualified English teacher with a PGCE in Secondary English for 7 years.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that all my years working in education at different levels has made a good impact on how I see learning and education. My goal is to assist students using all the skills I have acquired over the years. I am now more familiar with particular skills and how the IEB and NSC final examinations are set out and this informs the skill set I feel that students need to succeed.
