Personal Description:
I have completed PHD in Computer Science at AUT, New Zealand and completed Bachelor of Engineering (major in Computing) at the University of Melbourne, Australia. I have been working as IT Consultant in New Zealand for more than 10 years. I have passion for Mathematics, therefore I took advance mathematics papers as part of my under graduate and post graduate degrees.
Tutoring Experience:
I have done teaching since my secondary schooling, specially Mathematics and Physics. At the University, I have mentored and taught post graduate and undergraduate students. I am also a part time lecturer at Unitec.
Tutoring Approach:
I have passion for teaching Mathematics for students who are struggling with understanding the concept. If you are a student who is really good at Mathematics but need extra help, then I may not be the one to contact. But if you are a student who is really struggling to understand maths at school please come to me, I can work with you to boost up your understanding and scoring.
Please note, currently I am only taking students for NCEA Level 1 students. The reason is that I want to work with them from Level 1 to Level 3, so that they could have sound base in Mathematics.
