Personal Description:

I am an engineer with interest in energy and environment. I also enjoy explaining concepts to others. My tutoring style is to learn about student needs through discussion and then guide then to achieve objectives. I consider myself friendly and shun unnecessary conflict.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been an online physics tutor since 2017. I have previously worked with students on a voluntary basis. I supported wider family members, community members as well as organised groups. I started tutoring physics while at University and continued as when opportunities arose during my career.

Tutoring Approach:

Student bring questions based on what they are learning. We discuss their approach and I suggest alternatives if any. If needed we research options and I help guide the decisions. I believe it is the student who is learning and I am helping them internalise the processes.
