She is organised and (what I like about her) quick at replying to emails or texts. My kids enjoy session with her, respond well to her feedback and suggestions and speak highly of her. Miriam has been working with our year 7 boy for six months now and is quite simply fantastic. As an ex-tutor, professional tutor Miriam is the next step up from your everyday tutor seeking extra income. Miriam has a wealth of resources and systems, is disciplined and sets a student plan complete with homework and activities to teach our son. That said however, Miriam switches and supports the at-school work that's taking place when needed. We couldn't be more pleased with the relationship she has with DJ and the benefit he receives. I hope Miriam will be his tutor for many years to come and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I simply told her that there was no way that we could write all her essays in a couple of week. She has taken out her frustration at her situation out on me.

From Anita (/5): I was asked by this website to leave feedback. So I will say that I found Miriam very rude. Miriam sent me emails saying that Tuesday 4.30pm was available. I have never once said I want a session on Tuesday nor did I have her details to do so. So i paid for her details to be released. I contacted her on her mobile. When I tried to explain that I work and get home 6pm and if I can book another day after 6 or weekends, she completely ignored what I was asking for and started yelling at me saying "TUESDAY 4.30!! I SENT YOU EMAIL I HAVE TUESDAY 4.30!!" I HAVE NOTHING ELSE EVER NO WEEKENDS!" I was very shocked and upset so I hung up. I wasted $9.99 to get this rude lady details.
Reply from: Miriam: Anita Maric contacted me and asked about my availability and I listed the times that I had available. Eight days later she purchased my details and contacted me demanding I give her a different much later time. I most definitely did not yell at all but repeated the times that I had offered her and, at my inconvenience, I attempted to negotiate a time on Sunday to try to accommodate her and she has lied about that, too. This is illogical and nasty feedback. First Tutors can see the times offered on the website but refuse to help so her feedback shows. Thanks, Anita Maric.

Her website is very useful and the knowledge she taught my daughter is really helping her with her test results. She explains everything clearly to her students and answer all their questions. After I bought her details communication was pretty good, as a result we manged her to get started tutoring my son on Monday 4th & Wednesday 6th Sept. Towards the end of the 1st lesson she had a pretty good idea about my sons standard & suggested he should have 2 lessons instead of the 1 we planned before. I am confident with Miriam's help might get an excellence in the externals & also in the last 2 internals. I will provide feedback again after about a month & any key stages & also next year after getting the final grading for this year. Also I must say Miriam is well organised & my son was impressed with her website. I didn’t know how to write a research essay and my structure was terrible, but after her helping, I think my essay is much better now and I think I can pass with an excellent XD.
