Information About Marina - Auckland tutor

Personal Description:

I am a professional and experienced Italian and Russian teacher, translator and interpreter. I have an outgoing personality and a good sense of humour. Russian is my native language and I have near-native Italian language skills (I have been speaking Italian since I was a child, I lived and studied in Italy).

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching Italian and Russian languages privately in Auckland since July 2009.

Tutoring Approach:

I focus on the learning characteristics and requirements of each individual. I use different study material suitable for various learning goals and I supplement it with personalised exercises to develop grammar, reading, writing and communication skills. I encourage my students to speak in the language they learn during the lessons as much as possible. I understand that each person has different knowledge and linguistic background and skills therefore I am very flexible and patient and I am happy to repeat things as many times as needed. Your success depends only on your desire to learn and I will do my best to make it an easier and fun process!

I offer one on one or small groups Italian and Russian lessons.

Flexible hours Monday - Friday. I am based in Parnell.
