Tutoring Experience:

I am an experienced English teacher with my TESOL Training Certificate & have been teaching a variety of subjects for 20 years. Most recently, I have taught in the schools in Thailand but predominately online for a variety of companies to a wide range of student ages. I specialise in job interview techniques, writing resumes for different job applications and creating business letters. I also assist with pronunciation and accent reduction. I have taught in Japan, China, Turkey, South America, Thailand and so many different countries that it is easy for me to create mutual comfortable atmosphere between the student and myself.

Tutoring Approach:

I am quietly patient and encourage students to think of their answer before offering my advice. I feel by allowing the student time to pull on their own resources, they will remember the task a lot longer. I focus on repetition and building the student's confidence and then slowly work on immediate areas that they may wish to attend to, for example help with a one on one pending interview. I also work at the student's desired pace and time frames which allows them to make a realistic commitment.
