Hello, I am a fun and friendly coach :-)
I am not a strict formal teacher but more like a companion in a new city if you are learning english as a foreign language. For children I am an experienced Nanny who has taught children a wide variety of subjects in practical imaginative ways.
Tutoring Experience:
I am an Internationally experienced Nanny of over 15+ years who has taught a wide variety of subjects to children of all ages. I have Tutored in High Schools/Tertiary Institutions and assisted adults with speech writing and Essays.
Tutoring Approach:
I am fun and friendly and believe the best way to learn is by practicing in everyday life situations so we go out into the city/art galleries/te papa/information centre and practice speaking in real life situations.
For more formal sit down lessons we focus on understanding what you are learning and from there move into structures for essays/assignments.
I will cheer for you if you have a test/exam to sit!!
