Personal Description:
Hi! My name is Niki. I used to live in Kingseat, Karaka before we moved to Europe two years ago. I am forty-four years old and I am a mum of 4 kids and a wife of a mechanical design engineer. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English. I teach both ESOL ( English as a second language) and English (listening, reading, grammar, writing, speaking ).
In my free time, I love preparing healthy foods, reading, hiking, photography and music. I love to dance, I love to sing and I am especially interested in travel and healthy lifestyle.
Tutoring Experience:
I have 8 years of experience in teaching ESOL (English as a second language) to students from Japan, China, Taiwan, Australia, USA, South Korea, The Czech Republic and Serbia. As you can see from my feedback, I have also helped students who already speak English as their mother tongue but need help with their English at school.
I also have the experience teaching basic German.
Tutoring Approach:
I teach ESOL and English (listening, reading, grammar, writing, speaking ) to individuals and groups of all ages and levels. I offer different types of lessons - a relaxed conversation about various topics, discussing breaking news, lessons for kids, reading a book together, grammar lessons, homework help or proofreading essays. I am very patient with my students, I adjust my speaking level and speed to the student's needs and correct the mistakes with a positive attitude and style.
During the initial lesson, I find the student's personal strengths and then create a programme specifically designed to tackle his/her needs.
I am also delighted to make groups of two or three students because I believe that intensive tutoring in groups facilitates language learning. So, try to find a peer that will study with you and you will get quality lessons at a cheaper price.
I am also more than willing to help with essay writing/editing.
I am sure I can help many people become better English speakers and I am so happy that nowadays it is so easy and affordable through modern technology and the internet.

She has an outstanding competence in English ~~Trust me, you can really rely on her if you want to progress in English.
She taught my primary school kids who were at beginner English level.
She is enthusiastic and dedicated and offered a variety of lesson styles, using books, games, chatting, etc. My kids really enjoyed her lessons.
