I am also an experienced Academic English, Business English and ESL teacher, with 20+ years' experience of course design and delivery in further/higher/3rd level education, specialising in academic essay writing, reading skills and critical thinking, as well as a professionally accredited academic editor/proofreader, translator (French/German to English) and practising writer.

Payment Plans
I am able to offer a sliding scale discount for block bookings of e.g. 5/10/15 sessions with pre-payment.
Cancellation Policy
I do not make a charge for notice of cancellation of at least 24 hours. If cancellation is made within 12-24 hours of the tutorial, I make a 50% charge for the fee for that session. If the notice period is less than 12 hours, the full fee is charged.

Can you help me contacting him?
I have really appreciated his availability to tailor lessons based on student's needs and i would like to thank him for his useful advises and points for reflection.
I spent a 2 hour session with Tracey, going through practical reading skills with her course book, making a detailed assessment of part of her existing writing, and providing extensive input on the rudiments of her academic research etc. I also wrote her a follow-up email to reinforce healthy study practices after the session, which she did not reply to. Regrettably, on the day, she seemed unprepared for the lesson and made little effort to engage with my teaching or take notes etc. for the entire session, which was also interrupted by moving domestic furniture etc.! I would strongly advise her to become much more proactive, organised and participatory if she undertakes further private tutorials in the future.
