Personal Description:

I am a qualified teacher by The Open College in Training and Development. I am also graduated with a BA in Tourism Management and a Masters in Local Tourism Development I arrived in Ireland for the first time in 1998. I fell in love with the country and its people, and since then until now I have lived a total of ten years and made friends from around the world.

Tutoring Experience:

I love to teach but also to learn and interact with other cultures to share knowledge and experiences.
Since I finished my studies in 1998, my professional background has been in different countries and sectors of the tourism industry, where I have also designed educational materials, and trained professionals as a consultant trainer in English, Spanish, Catalan and other areas.

Approach to Grinds:

My lessons are specifically focused to help Hospitality & Tourism students and professionals to acquire the language and communication skills required to work in professional environments with a high standard.

I use a simple methodology, very didactic, and focused on day-to-day practice in the work environment. I follow current curricular content in areas such as hotels, restaurants, tourist offices, travel agencies, airports, etc. So, my students become familiar with the language, culture, and job very quickly and easily. They can communicate in an independent and professional way, not just reading and writing but also talking to clients, and service suppliers.
At all times, I will adapt to the needs, language level and interests of my students.
