Personal Description:
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin.
My primary degree is a BSc. Biochemistry from University College Dublin, and I have also undertaken my Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry the School of Pharmacy, TCD, achieving a distinction and completed my PhD in Clinical Medicine from TCD in 2020.
I am an understanding and patient tutor. I am aware that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to science and am confident I can help you achieve your goals.
Tutoring Experience:
I have 6+ years experience in teaching Junior Cert science, Leaving Cert Biology, Physics and Chemistry, Ag Science, and University level Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Agricultural Science. I also prepare students for the GAMSAT graduate medicine exam and the Veterinary graduate entrance exam.
Approach to Grinds:
I base my grinds around weekly 1 hour sessions face to face and also do online grinds. The number of grinds a student needs will depend on the student, their goals and the strengths and weaknesses of each student.
Detailed notes, exam preparation/study skills and problem solving sessions also included :)
Due to the current restrictions and the fact I am now working from home, I am more than happy to facilitate new students with online grinds.
