Approach to Grinds:
I feel students learn best when their environment is relaxed, and organised and the lessons are interactive, stimulating and most of all enjoyable.
Grinds need to move away from rote learning and focus more on experiential learning through multi-modal approaches that are student-focused and reflective of each student's needs and personal learning styles.
