Tutoring Experience:
I have over 10 years of experience tutoring students both one-on-one and in group settings. I have taught in both private and public schools across Ireland and have been involved in organizing various science events, including 'Physics in the Field' by the Institute of Physics (UK), Fusion Expo by Dublin City University, and Open Day at DCU.
Approach to Grinds:
The primary goal of my teaching sessions is to enhance students' thought processes when learning new concepts. Often, students resort to memorization when they don't understand a concept, leading to quick forgetfulness and, in the worst cases, a loss of interest in the subject. During my sessions, I encourage critical thinking by posing questions that make students reflect on the concepts rather than just memorizing them. I believe that achieving good grades is a natural outcome of improving one's understanding and thought process regarding the subjects.
Currently, I offer online sessions exclusively through MS Teams or Zoom, utilizing a virtual whiteboard to facilitate better understanding. I convert and share whiteboard notes as PDFs so that students can focus on learning during the session. All my sessions are interactive. You can choose between small group sessions (maximum of 5 students) or one-on-one sessions, depending on your needs. Please note that one-on-one sessions are more expensive compared to group sessions.

Also I was doing a L8 hons degree. I had a really steep gradient to get to the level needed to pass my exam. Without the help I got from my Guru I would have been lost. Guru was extremely knowledgeable on the course content and very professional. I would highly recommend him.

After two sessions with Guru, my son gained the self-confidence he so much need it, as he was very negative regarding his grades and even stressed when tests were approaching. We are extremely happy with Guru's method of teaching as he is fully familiar with the project maths syllabus and he takes a methodical approach in helping Stephen.Guru helps Stephen not to only maintain focus but to my big surprise to say one day: " Maths is actually fun". He is an extremely qualified and knowledgeable individual. I am a firm believer that just because a person may be qualified and knowledgeable does not always mean that they can teach. However, this is not the case with Gurusharan. His approach and methodology to tutoring makes him an excellent teacher and I am glad that I have the opportunity to learn from him. I plan on kepping him as my tutor over the coming months whilst I progress on my path to mastering mathematics and I would not hesitate on recommending Gurusharan to other students.

I felt after a few grind with him i was more confident in tacking math problems, as he helped explaining methods on how to go about solve questions on my exam papers.
