Personal Description:

Passionate about teaching and travelling, I have spent an important part of my life helping students
young and old deepen their knowledge of French and English. My cultural background and my experiences fuel my passion and is an asset in each lesson. I also have been trained to crea**Contact Detail Removed**ssons in French, English and Spanish. Therefore, I' m also available for those looking to learn one of these languages.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching to different levels since 2002. My first position was as a TA (Teaching Assistant) in England in two different High Schools. I also had the privilege to teach English in Primary Schools in Paris to students aged between 6 to 10. A couple of years later, I enjoyed assisting teachers in Secondary Schools in Paris area. As teaching has always been my passion, I took the opportunity when it was needed to volunteer in one of my son's school here in Ireland for the morning book reading. Throughout the years, I gave one-to-one lessons to adults, teenagers, but also to small groups.

Approach to Grinds:

My first approach to grinds is to know in advance the key points each student needs to focus on. This is generally identified during the first lesson which consists of a series of exercises to have an overview of their level. In addition, I usually stay in contact with the student in order to be updated in relation to the aspect of the language they particularly want to review. As a consequence, my students know in advance what the lesson will consist of. With Primary students, I follow the usual technique which consists in progressing by themes. They will learn how to pronounce French words correctly as they will be in contact with French nursery rhymes during each lesson. They will also be provided with very short homeworks to practice. For my adult students who are willing to refresh their French, each lesson will be a journey to France! The same applies to Spanish which I am particularly excited to share with my younger students! As there are many new people coming from abroad, I offer my ability to help them to improve their knowledge of the English language.
