Personal Description:

I am a 21-year-old rising second year Chemistry student at TCD, in my first year I obtained first-class honours in all subjects.
Achieved H1's in Chemistry, Biology and a H2 in Higher level Maths throughout senior cycle; I also achieved over 550 points in the 2019 leaving certificate, I intend to specialise in medicinal chemistry which is incredibly detailed involving numerous areas of maths and science.
I am an outgoing, approachable person who enjoys meeting new people and delving deeper into the subjects I enjoy.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been giving grinds to junior certificate students for the past 4 years in science and maths. In the past year I have started to take on Leaving Certificate students delivering grinds in Maths, Chemistry and Biology with all students achieving more then what they had initially aspired to in their exams.

Approach to Grinds:

My main approach is to make the student comfortable and at ease with the subject at hand, I find a slow and steady pace more beneficial than a fast unattainable approach in subjects like maths and the sciences.
The reason why I believe the one-to-one tutoring system is beneficial is because it relies on the fact that the students’ individual needs are catered to.
I use the online method through zoom to deliver the grinds as this conserves time for both parties involved and achieves a more relaxed environment.
