Personal Description:

My name is Diem Hong Le, from Vietnam. I am pursuing a Master course in Strategic Management and Planning at Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, University College Dublin under a full scholarship granted by the Irish government.
Having travelled to 17 countries across 4 continents at the age of 25, I define myself as a young jet setter with strong background on different countries’ cultures.
Besides studying, I am working part-time for Court Service Ireland as an interpreter.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching English in Vietnam since 2006. I have extensive experience in tutoring students. All of my students pass the exam with flying colors.
At the moment, I am tutoring Vietnamese for Vietnamese-Irish adopted children.
During my time in the States, I worked as a math volunteer for poor students in Rochester areas.

Approach to Grinds:

Reality Pedagogy is an approach to teaching and learning that focuses on teachers gaining an understanding of student realities, and then using this information as the starting point for instruction. It begins with the fundamental premise that students are the experts on how to teach, and students are the experts on content. Reality pedagogues/teachers believe that, for teaching and learning to happen, there has to be an exchange of expertise between students and teacher.
