Personal Description:
Hi !
My name is Ciara and I am a qualified primary school teacher. I have three years experience in tutoring various subjects from primary school to junior cycle. I have completed training with Dyslexia Ireland and I have a level 6 in therapeutic play skills from Children’s Therapy Centre. I am a kind, caring and fun person. I believe in adapting sessions to your child’s learning style. I am happy to answer any other questions you may have !
Tutoring Experience:
I have two years teaching experience. Throughout this time I have completed many extra courses to up-skill and improve my knowledge on topics such as numeracy and teaching pupils with dyslexia.
Approach to Grinds:
I am very flexible in my approach to each session. I plan each session based on the learning style of the pupil e.g visual etc… I ask that key topics be provided beforehand and I will prepare all resources. All materials are covered as part of the cost.
