Personal Description:

Paul has 20 years experience professionally producing music, drumming, mixing, composing, teaching & touring.
He's written and produced music for TV commercials & brands like Holden & worked alongside companies like Audioforce.
Currently, he teaches drums & Ableton in Berlin & tours under his techno/house projects, Bass To Pain Converter and Victor Y.
His proficiency in producing & mixing dance music has led him to release on world-renown labels such as Zenon Records.
He holds a Diploma in Music Performance & completed 2 Ableton Liveschool courses: Mixing & Mastering, Sound Design.

Tuition Experience:

I've completed a Diploma in Music Performance at Ultimo Tafe in 2011 as well as a Mixing & Mastering and a Sound Design course at Ableton Liveschool in Sydney, 2013/14. I've been a professionally trained drummer for 20 years, privately tutored by established drummers such as Andrew Dickeson (The Conservatorium Of Music, Sydney), Chris Brien, Peter Atkins & Jordan MacDonald. I've been teaching drums and music production for 10 years and for the past 5 years, living in Berlin, I've been privately tutoring drums and electronic music production under my business, **Removed By Admin**, as well as tutoring through **Removed By Admin**.

Tutoring Approach:

I've been lucky enough to have been taught and mentored by some amazing musicians and to be able to pass on this knowledge is a burning passion of mine, that gives me great happiness. I try and teach how I've been taught, a relaxed, fun approach with deep understanding and technicality.

I customise the lessons for each student based on their capabilities. The lessons are flexible depending on your level and preference. Basically, I’ll teach you everything I know to prepare you to one day be a sound musician or to release professional music on big labels, if that's your goal! If you’re already on your way with writing tracks, then we can spend time working on them, getting them ready for release.

Also, outside of our lessons, I’m more than happy to answer any questions and provide support free of charge.
