Personal Description:

I am a Second year Biomedicine student looking for part-time work as a tutor. I read about a vacancy with your institution and believe that I possess the qualities required for this role. I believe my friendly, approachable nature and strong work ethic would make me a valuable addition to your team.
I am a good communicator and love working as a team, as demonstrated by my achievements with the Student Representative Council and as the School Captain in 2017. I have been a part of fundraising events and have assisted in organizing sports events which helped me improve my management skills. Moreover, my ability to fluently speak three different languages may be of use to some students.

Tuition Experience:

I have experienced tutoring students from grade 1 to year 12 (and NAPLAN tutoring) for 8 months and counting. Furthermore, I been the leader of my School's Students-led Homework club in 2017. Though these roles I have gained the skills required for adequately organizing and smoothly conducting tutes.

Tutoring Approach:

Being a recent graduate I am familiar with the common pitfalls in year 10 and VCE studies. I will be able to help students further with my own notes based on the new study design for VCE. As the school captain I have been part of a student led homework club. I will be able to bring the skills acquired from tutoring year 10 and 11 students to this role.
