Personal Description:
With 20 years of teaching experience on piano, guitar, vocal, bass, drums my desire is to help people grow and achieve the full potential in music. My specialties include Jazz, Pop, Gospel, Classical, Arabic/Oriental.
Tuition Experience:
I have a Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary). I have several AMEB certificates.
I am a high school teacher who has been teaching for the last 15 years, teaching the subject of Music to teenagers.
I am also a private instrument tutor on Piano, Guitar, Vocals and Drums for the last 20 years to all age groups.
I am also an experienced Music performance and written marker/examiner.
I have worked in both private and public sectors as an educator for both primary and high school.
Tutoring Approach:
Custom based lessons depending on what stage of development you are at catering from brand new beginners to advanced players. Lessons will be either sequential in nature building on skills from previous lessons or tailor made to your interests. Some lessons will have a mixture of original content and variety of styles or source materials.p
