Information about Jane - Sunshine tutor

Personal Description:

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person with nearly 20 years experience of teaching at university.
Chinese language always was my favourite and best subject when I was at school. After graduated from graduate school, I became a literature teacher at university.
I believe that teaching always is a beautiful opportunity to share knowledges, interests and ideas with each other and learn from each other.
I value work with honest, transparency and passion. I also value free thinking, care about society.
I like reading, watching movies, discussing some topics such as social, political, history, literature, etc with someone shares the common interests.
I am an animal lover, have 3 cats.

Tuition Experience:

July 1998 –––––––––––January 2018, I worked as a literature teacher at university. Planned and implemented core curriculums including: History of Classical Chinese Literature, History of Foreign Literature, Chinese Contemporary Literature History, etc.
I tutored students in college papers and helped them achieve good marks, also provided Mandarin lessons for multicultural background and foreign students.
June 2021--May 2022, I worked for Djerriwarrah Community and Education Services as a AMEP (Adult Migrants English Program) volunteer tutor, tutored low level English students to improve their English skills.
