When the 'match' was made, we contacted Heather and explained to her our specific area of concern with Secondary school English language that my son has. She promptly replied and was sent a copy of the assignments so that she may be able to help in this. We have scheduled an online class this Saturday and are really looking forward to it! Heather was fantastic! She was very patient, professional and helped my son throughout the assignment wherein he understood various writing strategies: sentence structure etc. Thanks Heather!

Kriti had a first introductory class where she went over the general writing strategies with my son, which was very much appreciated. However, she was unable to provide assistance in the specific area of concern (Active reading note for the book 1984) which was what I was looking for. Sadly, we could not continue after the first class.
