Risposta da Francesca: I never met (in my life) a so not educated student. And I'm really sorry that I have to write it -normally I tend not to give negative feed back-. In this case, she wrote a negative comment, so that it's correct that I answer.
It's the tipology of student (adult student, in the case), who thinks that a teacher would must have no indipendence and would must do all what the student (adult student, in this case) want.
Started the classes she went away for vacation for one week and, back to Veneto, she didn't contact me directly -as would must be normal for a student (in all Europe and in the world, I suppose… ), who is interesting to continue the classes-. In those time I had other work to do and other students ; for this reason I waited that she wrote me, and I didn't write her -I had no time to do it-, but she didn't contact me.
I find the phrase that she wrote at the end of her comment really "Rude". To teach her the first time (the first class, only a class took place), I travel 4 hours (I don't think that all the teachers travel four hours to go to teach to one student).
Of course, I teach languages since 2008 (when I was frequenting the university of Venice in Veneto), and, back to my autonomous region of Italy, Trentino-Alto Adige Suedtirol (the peculiarity is the presence of 5 languages-dialects: ladin, trentin, german suedtirolean, mochen, cimber, and of course, Italian, German, and English is studied too) I started and continued to teach.
Normally, my students are really happy because my classes underline the similarities among Italian, German and English (not all the language teachers teach-can teach different languages in comparison, because often a teacher know well only one language -or two-, and not, more than two).
My students -and of course I'm really proud and happy about it- find generally the classes really interesting.
I'm enrolled in Associations of Languages, I tought in schools and I'm teaching as private teacher with children, students of middle school, students of high school and university too.
I'm enrolled too in the French website "Toptata" as teacher, if the student want, she can read the comment of a local private ex client, really satisfacted about my work as teacher.
Probably there is a great difference between the student and I : I want not criticized others -so that I will not criticized her-; she wrote really negative comments, which frankly, are not acceptable.
But, at the end, the person who would want study and improve the German knowledge is the student; I'm graduated in German and Spanish in a public university of Italy (U.E.) and I'm teaching. My exams with excellent notes as my curriculum studiorum are a reality.
The better solution is that the student finds another professor.
I'm in all cases really sorry, by reading what she wrote (because I think that she is not correct, by giving her feed back; in all cases, I respect it).
I don't know if there are cultural differences (the student comes from South Corea, I'm European, from the north east Region of Italy), I personally don't know the reality in South Corea and how, there, are organized the classes etc etc, but I think that, by living in Veneto, would be nice if she would try to respect the professionalities of the U.E. countries, states, and in this case, regions -althogh I studied (primary, middle and high school) and I live in another region respect where she is living (… ), but I'm graduated at the university in Venice (Veneto)-. Personally, if I would be in South Corea, I would try to respect the uses and culture there, and of course the teachers there too).
But, of course, there is democracy in the world (exept some countries) , and she can write what she want.
I can write, in all cases, that she looks like not so educated.
If the student will answer to my comment, I will not answer again,
althogh would be points to underline. I don't find in fact correct -and I have not time to loose to write new comments (… ), I have to work - that other readers have to know the personal points of view of teachers and students.
If the comments are positive or can help to improve the teaching or the learing are usable; if the comments are "Personal" critics… and not so correct critics… looks like really insults and not comments (… ).
I tried, by answering, not to write "Personal critic" but a comment, that I hope, can help the student (in this case can help the student to understand as "to act" in European Countries, with European professionalities (in this case, teachers) - what she wrote about a graduate and teacher, is really not usual-. It's true that the reality is global, but it's true too that each continent has different uses, education rules etc etc). And who arrive in U.E. and has a really different back ground (the history of Corea is peculiar) must be not arrogant, I sicerely think. Do it with a teacher, sincerely, I think, that is more grave.

I made it clear, how i want class to proceed and what is my object in class.
Most of all i told her that i don't want class with skype and asked her several times, if she can give me class in my home.
She told me so clearly that she can manage it.
That's why i paid money to get her personal contact number.
But after one visit, she just disappeared for a while without an word, then after 2 weeks sent me a long text which was… 'sorry i can't get there. it is too far for me. so you wanna get class from me through skype?'
That was totally rude and unresponsible.
I don't think she understands the concept of 'word' and have no idea how she can teach 'language'.
