Information About Thomas - Castlebar tutor

Personal Description:

Hi! My name’s Thomas. I’m 23 and from Mayo. I graduated in Mayo of 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Languages from the University of Limerick. I studied Irish, French and Spanish and received a first class honours degree.
I have always had a passion for learning languages and have been especially interested in the grammar side of things but also have great fluency in all three of my languages.

Tutoring Experience:

I'm my last two years of college I gave grinds to some students from my local school.
As regards teaching itself, I did my university work placement in a school in Santander, Spain as an English language assistant. I am currently working as an English teacher in an adult formation centre in Bétera, Valencia, Spain.

Approach to Grinds:

My approach to grinds classes depends on your needs, focusing on what you want to improved most, be it grammar, listening, speaking etc.
Before starting the grinds, I would discuss this with you to get a grasp on your level of the language and what you want to focus on.
I believe a mix of exam paper work, textbook work, and online resources is the best option when wanting to improve using grinds. This mixture can, of course, change depending on what benefits you the most.
